Our Policies

A deposit of $50 is due at the time the order is placed to secure your event date.

The deposit is refundable only if the order is canceled at least 7 days prior to the event date.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event.

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.

Any rentals included in the order must be returned within 24 hours of the event’s conclusion. A return address will be provided after the installation is complete.

A late fee of $10 per day will be charged for each day rental items are not returned after the deadline.

The client is responsible for the full replacement cost of any damaged or unreturned rental items.

Balloons By Kate reserves the right to photograph completed décor installations and use these images for marketing purposes (website, social media, promotional materials), unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

While every effort is made to ensure your balloon installation lasts, Balloons By Kate is not responsible for damage caused by weather, pets, or interference after installation.

Balloons should not be inhaled, chewed, or placed in the mouth. Balloons By Kate is not responsible for accidents or injuries related to balloon décor after installation.
